Payment Terms – How We Do Business

For Independent Productions

50% deposit required upfront
Remaining 50% due upon completion
Final production files will only be released after full payment is received

For Established Studios & Production Companies

We offer Net 30 payment terms
Work starts immediately, and final files are delivered upon completion

Payment Methods – How to Pay Us

We accept the following payment methods:

✅ Check (Business or personal checks must clear before final file delivery)
✅ Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover)
✅ Venmo (@DepartmentOfDesign)
✅ PayPal (secure transactions, additional fees may apply for international payments)

Cancellation & Kill Fees – If You Bail, We Bill

If you cancel before the first designs are delivered, no fees apply
If you cancel after the first designs are delivered, a 50% kill fee applies
No refunds once final designs are approved and delivered
